re: Ann: NOTICE OF MEETING AND CLARIFICATION ... 5th June meeting to remove the old business and move into shell status. It seems like the new owner of the Hydrotech business and Pato's wish to move forward. One month to go for that, and assuming the resolutions pass, we move into capital raising stage.

i made a mistake before, due to not assuming debt to be paid, and thinking it was .004 cash-backing, but it should be .0025 (please correct me if I'm wrong there). Then we have 6 months to find a project.

Interesting stuff. We will be in some kind of limbo for a month, and then have some interesting twists and turns, as project delivery moves forward.
