I had a chat with Ashley, this does indeed clear the con notes from the books. There is a typo also that the 30 million at .001 should actually be .002. Very good chance of a consolidation occurring this year.

Quarterly should be out by month end... I'm waiting to see what that holds before pulling the pin. only items I'd vote down are the issue of shares to the directors at .003, aside from that I'm ok with clearing the slate as it should mean we finally see the company increase in value.
