While I agree that PKA is about to transform into something new let’s not forget that Azure were advisors on the Plukka transaction and no doubt have egg on their faces after raising $10m. Good thing is they probably control most of the register and will want to make sure the next acquisition is a good one. Should issue new shares at 1.5c plus so good value here if you can get them. The register is very tight though
