I would say the board were unaware of the mistake amd that either the ASX or ASIC found the error while delving into other issues.
Its not a biggy as it was shortfall stock amd both directors are sitting on losses so no charity from HAV.
Though embarassing at a bad time.
Someone call michael okeefe at Champion he knows how to get a company on its feet.
