I agree with you. The resolution 3 should have been voted AGAINST as well. We need to stop the too much dilution by the free options caused by this placement and SPP.

I thought the same thing before even though I will also lose some of my oppies from that part part however I thought the existing shareholders would not be happy as they were already took the risk and waiting before the cap raising was announced.

I will be happy if the resolution 3 is voted AGAINST (No) as well.
