Electronic voting for EGM is very easy. You even don't need to have the Proxy form for voting. You only need the HIN number and postcode of your account. (see below)

You can access the electronic voting web page for Greenpower directly by clicking the link below;

Then you will get this screen;



You even don't need to have the Proxy form for voting. You only need to know the HIN number of your account given to you by your broker and the postcode of the address given to your broker account.

The HIN number given to you might be 8 digits.
If it is 8 digits you need to add "X00" (two zero after X) as shown below.

HIN: 12345678 (Use X0012345678 for Computershare Inv. Centre)

Then you need to enter the correct postcode of the address given to your broker account.

Then boom. You are in.

It will ask you if you want to receive the future voting communications by email. You can enter your email address.

Then will give you the voting preferences for resolutions for 6 items.
