good to see some people started to line up against the free rides. But I doubt it will have any major impact due to the high number of shares and also previous buddy shares and (non)performance shares have all tilted the balance of voting power.
The sp hitting 1c may have caused alarms but the free options are not the only cause. Its the imbibed business culture, some of which you can get from @fooca's post under the thread management.
May be the sp generally goes down before the assays like few have pointed out but 1c? Even if the resolutions get passed or not holders must air their concerns at the meeting and stop blindly endorsing whatever comes out of the management.
