I agree with @Pinkie 38 about how to vote for resolutions of this coming EGM.

I will vote;

FOR (Yes) to Res. 1 and Res 3 ...

AGAINST (No) to Res. 2, 4, 5 and 6.


The reason to voting against the options of placement holders is, a few of them offloaded their shares (heads) because they rely on their options as the options which was given (2 free options for 3 shares) was too generous. That has created panic hence the low stock price atm.

I have to be happy with Res. 1 about the sale of shares to placement holder at 1.3c.

Res.3 is about the options given to current shareholders (at that time) through SPP (Share Purchase Plan).
