I remember you not happy with some of those bonus shares and other "mates rates" options during the last cap raising. And its almost deja vu. This is one of the issue many of the downrampers had been alluding to.
@Pinkie38 has voiced discontent against res-3 but what about 4 and 5 as well. Why do the company now needs to issue them with options. They had been always generously rewarded with more than enough perks for doing nothing for around two years. Some would argue its options and not free shares but at this stage you might as well give free shares so that later you can atleast boast how generous share holders had been to the board.
But like ans or fooca pointed out it will be passed, the board got enough fans for doing that plus king and peters have a huge voting power.
