EVERY company I've ever held LOVE to dish out big pay increases and options to management. They love it! Give shares away left, right and center. They never go without.
I wouldn't read into it.
Perhaps I'm in the old world where I believe you get PAID to do your job and that should be enough. They could have at least set the excise price out further. Are they escrowed?
Maybe I'm just bitter because I do my job all day, get paid bugger all and don't get handed options in my company.
