Poor form:
1. Meeting at 12.30pm yet at 4.48pm, no results of the meeting have been advised.
2. Trading however in respect of the Company has been ongoing since 12.52pm. Was there a TH prior to the meeting commencing? If so, nothing was advised to the market. If not, then trading interest did not pick up until sometime after the meeting started.
3. Failure to so far report the results suggests many things including the query of whether the market was acting this afternoon on a fully informed basis.
4. The trading volume of 1.937M on ASX (1.95M overall) was on a downward price.
5. Today's (more the point, this afternoon's) trading volume was the most significant since 22 November 2017 when 2.835M shares were traded. The closest so far to today's volume for this year was the following - 1.583M (28/12); 1.264M 915/1); 1.022M (6/2) and 1.019M (12/1).
6. Today's trading volume was the 7th highest volume traded in the last 12 months.
7. Presumably, they will advise and report late this evening or (you would think) before the market opens, tomorrow. regardless, however, the poor form (and the lack of effective share comms and of good corporate governance behaviour) continues without abatement.
