Time to lodge proxy votes.

Doubt if I will make the trip to the meeting .... Commuting to the Melb CBD is not high on my pleasure list and I doubt if our self interested board will provide any rewards /freebies to attending shareholders to make the effort worthwhile. And to put up with 30+ mins of bullsh*t from mealy mouthed Michael.

How should we vote?
I feel like being a NO SAYER to all motions unless someone here can come up with some sound reasons to vote otherwise.
Dont like idea of carte blanche to directors and certainly those directors and execs have done nothing to either earn or deserve any performance benefits.
In fact, if it was possible, docking their remuneration & benefits would be inorder!
