Can someone please explain what performance targets have been hit by Peter Skene...........

I have no issue with performance based options/bonuses but surely some KPI's will need to come into play before any such performance bonus is even dreamt about

I have heard a lot said and seen nothing eventuate
I have noticed we dropped from 22c to 12c while Peter doing his thing in the background?

Am I blind and only others that can see why he has rights to performance bonuses ?

What happened to the good old days...........show us what you can do and achieve and you will be rewarded..........I want to work for Michael..............I can get it wrong every day of the week and still hold my job and every now and again I will get bonus as well for doing Sweet FA.

I like the destapling idea.......always been cumbersome and sloppy.............how this is done should be the focus for us mums and dads............

Farms............watch closely here as Michael will no doubt do something magical
