More (bod) snouts in the trough trying to feast on any remaining shareholder value and then 'shore up the doors' to give themselves even more voting power. The gall of them to seek non recourse interest free loans from the company/shareholders to fund their self aggrandisement of their 'performance' and rorting in addition to 'carte blnche' approval from shareholders to do almost anything they like.
Shareholders value down their gullets and then their pockets, then they regurgitate ( at least cows chew their cud and then continue processing their tucker) and emit hot smelly gases and bs from every possible orifice.
Certainly calls for a strong NO vote for each of these directors 'performance' benefits.
