OK So am I reading this right?

1- The directors are asking for millions! of options to be issued to themselves at a price of $0.015
2- They are asking for pay rises to non executive directors
3- They want to change the name of the company

The company in the last year has lost 50% of it's share value and other than Xanadu (~6.2% of which we own) and 20% of a Canadian company that will return who knows what or when.

HOW CAN THEY JUSTIFY PAY RISES OR SHARE OPTIONS?????
