I vote we accept Amalisia's loan and permit her to redeem by acquiring 200m more at 10c, she's just going to hold them all anyway by the looks of it. She's building an empire, and Ofpay looks like a profitable business. She seems to have the business contacts, and is backed by some good technical guys. Not sure if they will ever pay a dividend, or where this stock might up listed, in the USA or Hong Kong? At least they were able to put a few more bones on the acquisition financing, the figures look a little rubbery, depending on the performance installments, but it's a good attempt.
