Apart from the 10m shares facilitation fees and 4m (already in the money) share options for some consultant who is obviously a crony of some kind, it looks like Cranston et al have taken 10% of the project for themselves as well if you follow the announcements. Then there is some litigation referred to in their last quarterly which isnt a encouraging sign.

Good looking project though (and for once no enormous infrastructure costs) and the Americans are very good miners. The ex Cyprus Amax CEO who was part of the TBL crowd has a reputation as a great operator in the US and relatively narrow seam deposits like this must need that local expertise.

Corporate side is disturbing - and no apparent management, so will sit on the sidelines until all of this is clearer
