Strange that we have seen nobody comment on the acquisition though, other than focussing on how we got to this point, and how bad the directors have been, or will be. Apart from the dilution, are we saying then that the numbers stack up. A NO vote is probably the way all shareholders will vote given the dilution IMHO. Although i have a feeling the board will still get this over the line. What are the alternatives? According to the report, there has been no firm offer from any party to buyout the company, or propose any other deal.
