Are you sure Andy#3, I think the following indicates they will be buying them @.002c per rights.
However, Mr Robert Clarke, Mr Vasilios Votsaris and Mr Paul Nicolaou have also expressed an intention to subscribe for additional Shares in the Company pursuant to the Shortfall Offer (and as at the date of the Meeting are expected to have already subscribed for these Shares).
