It was all cosy between the major players back in Nov 2017, or so it seems, then it turned sour.
There are some things in BB's statement and MF's statement too that I don't agree with. I'll elaborate in a later post about that.
The crux of MF's complaint I think is that Rob Martin consorted with Gary Castledine and Andrew Frazer (of Somers) in trying to dispose of some core assets without the knowledge or approval of BB and SV. We don't know whether or not there is any truth in that allegation. What we do know though is that they could not enter into a binding deal.
Peter Newton's support of the renegades gives us some guidance here I reckon. He is not happy!
The SP has risen on light turnover. Hmmmm!
