thats ridiculous! How can a discovery your patented drug not be disclosed if its price sentsitive just because you didnt pay for the trial!

I got exactly same reply and I was wondering same thing!....does it mean ALL the drugs out there can be played with and then developed or being marketed to be sell to treat entirely something different without the companies/pharmas permission?...?.....this is the craziest thing I ever heard....
very, very disappointed with that reply...
