Yes, thank you Headset for bringing this to our attention. If not for you, we would all still be blissfully ignorant. This is deplorable behaviour by the BOD, and they have obviously gone to ground in ignoring any communication from shareholders requesting clarification.

I also will be reporting it to the ASX - thanks to those who have done the research and given us all links. If enough of us point out this dereliction of duty by the BOD to the ASX, I'm sure they will take action (assuming their decision is that the BOD is in breach of ASX rules).

I have felt for some weeks that Prana worked out a very cosy deal with Sinclair, using this information as the lever, and I will certainly be voting against all Motions at the AGM.

I have lost (on paper) 90% of my investment due to my misplaced faith in the IMAGINE trial, so not happy with the BOD withholding crucial information about a possibly huge PBT2 success story so many years after the IMAGINE failure.
