Unless someone can give me a very good reason not to, I feel at this moment that I would be voting against all resolutions. Seems to me we are being well and truly stitched up. All they have to do is a 1 for 10 (or whatever) consolidation and that would leave a lot of us with an unmarketable parcel. As for the placement of adf's offer to shareholders, does that mean it will only be offered to U.S. shareholders (ADF holders) and the Australian shareholders wouldn't get a look at the offer? The name change of the company seems to muddy the waters as well - not sure of the implication for current shareholders.
Skint, would like to know your thoughts on my concerns above.
