i know that i wont be voting for the 60m unlisted options and extra 4o million shares to Lind, they are selling all there shares as soon as they get them, they dont deserve any more on this rotten deal.
mgmt need to be doing a better job finding better funding arrangement rather than selling our soul. we are not going under so why such a bad deal.
