Given their track record and the flimsy justifications given that seems to hinge heavily on the argument that the current directors do not have skin in the game, I can't see any reason to take a risk on these guys. I'll be voting no and I hope others do the same.
Interesting that the current directors in response to the no skin in the game accusation said they have been waiting to buy shares in the company pending windows in trading becoming available in which they are allowed to buy. We should expect to see some holder notices from the directors soon if they are people of their word.
As far as claims of pursuing corporate transactions by either side, I think they are all hollow and until something public emerges just part of the war of words, so not worth getting excite about.
I'd like to know Hawke's Point's position on all this. Their director is spared the axe with these resolutions. Have these guys got the support of Hawke's Point? If not you really wonder why they are wasting their own and compamy time and momey on this. Esh
