Has anyone been contacted by the people who are doing this? 
I have another holding going through a 249D - MLM - and the guys who are challenging the board have been active on hotcopper, sent regular letter updates and have been actively trying to get the numbers to overturn the board. In that case I support it, as the MLM existing team have done some ill-advised things recently.
For CMM - there's so far been no attempt to engage the other shareholders that I can see?  They only have just over 5%, and the CMM team have done some good work lately, including getting funding in a challenging environment.  So..... how do they think they are going to get the numbers to get this up?
