The R&D refund is an interesting one, and will be interesting to see when it gets sorted, and as to how many$'s they will be entitled to.  If not sorted by 31st of Jan I assume it will be another variation extension, what choice do ISF have.  I assume that they would still be accumulating a daily interest charge, around $55,000 a week by my calcs.

They have an uncanny knack of finding another Peter for Paul, but in the end the viability of the project will all be revealed when the true sales/costings have to be reported.  IMO we wont be looking at a Van Gogh, and of course it still remains to be seen as to how much they can produce from the plant.  < 1% atm.
