I can't see any of the $27 mill coming through, I do not think investors are really that naive.
What sort of sophisticated investor would agree to an instant devaluation, would anyone here? 

The company is working with Ms Wang to complete this transaction as soon as possible. The word ethics come to mind.
Surely Ms Wang being a sophisticated investor would not sign her investment to depreciate from $2,000,000 to $1,066,666 a $933,333 hit if she hands over her $'s.

Now the $15 mill worth of shares to settle moneys owed if any take up the offer could if exhausted add another 375,000,000 to the ever diluting share pile. Maybe management could pay themselves through the share swap not less than 80% VWAMP.

Are there any loyal NTU holders that would care to comment in regards to the current state of affairs?
