This isn't a good news for spec share- just an example- anyone holding 1 mil shares- every increament after 10c would be in .5c increament. so minimum increament would be $5k. after consolidation every .5 increament is just $200. so a quick multi bagger is now out of equation. it will push off spec investors like me who held the shares for few years as it no longer fits the multi bagger eqution. I buy penny stocks to see action when it crosses 10c mark - did that with ASN, SAS, DCC etc. this consolidation waters down my trading goal.
