this has happened to me before ..a company raising money to then consolidate capital ..it is bad form, and bad faith with owners, and should not be allowed to happen...the consolidation is far too severe , for example ,with 1.6 billion shares , a 5:1 consolidation will result in only 300 million shares on issue ...it needs to be voted down or amended...I suppose the next step for the company will be to buy up unmarketable parcels of shares ..maybe consolidate the board with a few removals...now I do not hold
