If nothing really changes how does the higher SP become more inviting to insto's etc. The MC is the same so no one will see us as a lower risk mid/large cap and I don't see how the higher SP gives us a better chance of further investment which by definition means dilution. Funds don't invest purely on SP they look at MC and other factors. Our MC is still too low to allow majority of funds to enter and by reducing the shares on offer we are also now less liquid making it near impossible for a large holder to enter unless they do so off market through a new placement.
