If WBT just after consolidation Ann one or more big investors or JV etc I'm going too absolutely LMFAO at this forum of pure speculation.
The tech is proving to work, and potential confirmation from outside interest having tested chip at 40nm, will fall over themselves at 28nm and less. I firmly believe this quick consolidation is due to market forces that will most likely playout well LT. Discussions ongoing for some time with the interested ones, so many fish, some will bite and hopefully land the big ones. Leti don't waste their time on sheet and this BOD don't need the $$$$..They want the glory and a few $$...not to medntion the tech continues too derisk.
