2. Your shares worth $X before consolidation, worth $X after consolidation
3. I have consolidated shares that have gone down also, others have gone up (BID is a current example). Its usually because of the reason for the consolidation (in WBTs case its to have bigger fish play, for some others its to get anybody play, anyone at all, retail or otherwise, the latter rarely go up after consolidation, the former highly likely to)
4. Nobody said anything about NASDAQ listing. Its a point of comparison against other tech peers, that's all.
5. Insto or partners may be more likely to partake on a higher shareprice
6. Any partner or bidder will value the WBT IP at a proper valuation, regardless of the shareprice so expect to get paid a valuation some multiple beyond the current shareprice as the tech proves up. That multiple is not affected by the consolidation (ie $50M MC goes to $500M MC ie 10x. Expect $50K in shares to be around $500K in shares, regardless of shareprice consolidation or not).
7. Just because a market valuation is crap now, doesnt mean it will remain so when faced with strong external evidence that it is undervalued in the form of a large agreement or offer from a known player. If a Samsung or Intel tells the market its worth some multiple of the current price, whom is to say differently?
