Consolidations can be okay. For example, Memphasis (MEM) was trading between 0.002 and 0.001. If you bought at 0.002 and it went down one pip, it lost 50%, and if you bought at 0.001 and it went up by one pip, it gained 100%. Obviously not a good state of affairs. They had a 15-1 consolidation last year and the price has been much more stable and tradeable since. I'm just wondering why they have gone for a 25-1 ratio as that seems like overkill and creates the worry that they've done that in order to absorb future dilution.
