Definitely grooming for future  listing on NASDAQ We need to be over $1.40 AUD to even get a look in. 1 bag off the back of partnership would do. Not a fan of Dual listings in the past MST was a prime example. But in WBTs case I think it would put a rocket under the shareprice.

Think this consolidation has more to do with future partnership strategies.

Big tier1 company says consolidate or we wont play, This was one reason I figured WBT would be better off getting to 28nm on its own steam and then they hold the aces and have the joker by the nuts.
