The BOD cannot control the daily share price of SW1.
The Sharemarket is the "mechanism" where Buyers and Sellers "agree" on a price at any point in time. More Buyers than Sellers - share price goes up. More Sellers than Buyers - share price goes down.
What the BOD and Management are doing is building a Company with a growing profit and cash generation stream. And, the BOD is doing a Great Job in my opinion.
When one invests in a growing net income (profit) stream, then all things being equal, the capital growth will surely follow.
