Folks have been "topping up" in the 40s, 30s and now the 20s so that hasnt changed expect for the share price.
As to winning deals - well we have been winning deals continuously for the past 6-12 months and the share price has nose dived so do you think things are going to suddenly change with new deals?
New deals/announcements = 1-2 days of 10% growth followed by 2 days of selling followed by a share price that was lower than prior to the announcement.
