The question is at what issue price given the financial state of the company...and its history of spiral down shareprice issuance.

Most likely, there goes what's left of existing shareholders equity with that comment, right there. The incumbent board is now forced to look past its own shareholders. What sort of offer is being made to unknown investors??

At least now shareholders have another option for a board. The skill set of new proposed Directors is at least a match if not much better in width and depth to the existing board.

So shareholders have a choose now of more of the same or a change in what looks to be the most crucial vote yet in the sad history of AYB/PDF
