Shareholders are expecting the the spill meeting will be a day of reckoning so as to be gone with a BOD whom have ruled under a tyrannical dictatorship since Agline from 2009. Shareholders deserve a proactive board who can deliver disclosure, and most importantly return some value to long suffering shareholders investment.
