I think the letter covers everything. The money is there for the payments and the shares being handed over seem in order taking the total for CZL from around 1 billion to about 1.3 billion if everything is past.
There is the third party claim for 10% but the directors don't appear to be to perturbed by that.
Still think it should be all ahead full for 2020. That's the attitude I'm taking anyway.
The drop of 1 point on the share-price today could have something to do with the dow falling 600 points and an all round reddish day for the market.
