So for those who disagree - I am considering my position, leaning against it but not certain yet (and certainly hope it is not going to be a consolidation which quickly sees the share price move back down towards its current price) - who is actually going to do something about it i.e. send in a vote against it in the required form? Not only that, is someone who feels strongly about it and has a large shareholding actually going to liaise with the company to make their thoughts known and/or mobilise other investors to vote against the resolution? It's all very well complaining on here but I just wonder if anyone is taking any action.

Truthfully, it's hard to know what the right course of action is without it being more clear what steps CHP intends to take in the short term to resurrect the company and improve its operations/performance - with the SP hopefully to follow.
