This is Farcical.
They knew they were going to pull this consolidation trick before they did all the Capital Raising recently which blew the shares on issue out to 2.7 Billion. Question for anyone thinking of voting in favour of this proposal is -

1 - What is stoping them from doing more more Capital Raising after consolidation and Blow the shares on issue out again?.

2 - Do you Trust the Directors ?

3 - Are the Directors residing in Australia?.

4 - Why have 2 new Directors just been appointed ?. What do they bring to the table?.

5 - If the Directors were happy to take a 48% reduction in pay from $500k to $250k after taking the companys value to 0.001 c why aren't they happy to take a further reduction to $100k if they are (Genuine & Serious) ?.

6 - What Vision do they actually have for this company?, what investment have they made that has been of benefit to the company ?.

Way too many question here for me to vote in favour for any of this lots recommendations, If enough shareholders group together we can stop this, it's time to say enough is enough.
