There should in all fairness be a balanced part to this extra remuneration for DW..
Such as..
Full and complete resignation and exit of his position by the end of 2019 if 88e does not have 150mmbo 2P reserves, and 400mmbo 2C contingent resources booked via a CPR..
I believe that this would be fair..
Mr Dave Wall.. it is time you actually delivered results which will maintain a healthy much much higher sp... if you are unable to oblige, then please move on)))
