here are the options:

Shareholder approval is being sought in this Resolution to grant a total of 35,000,000 Options to Employees, Consultants and the Company Secretary, or their nominee(s) as a long-term incentive at the discretion of the Directors of the Company.

(a) Entitlement Each Option entitles the holder to subscribe for one Share upon exercise of the Option.
(b) Exercise Price Subject to paragraph (i), the amount payable upon exercise of each Option will be $0.10 (Exercise Price)
(c) Expiry Date Each Option will expire at 5:00 pm (WST) on 30 April 2019 (Expiry Date). An Option not exercised before the Expiry Date will automatically lapse on the Expiry Date.
