    The protection is, Russell's only incentive is the share price. I've been waiting 10 years for this to happen & he has been able to kick a few goals in a very short period of time. I don't think he has overpaid for the Quarry/Head lease as he has paid the 10% deposit and we didn't have a lot in the can to start with. So my guess is around $10m.
