Personally, I have no problems with directors giving themselves...

Personally, I have no problems with directors giving themselves bonus shares...BUT only after shareholders are rewarded. NOT BEFORE.

And just a simple change of the wording in the conditions for qualifying for the bonus shares from “OR an increase in the share price above 5 cents”to “AND an increase in the share price to above 5 cents” will ensure that happens.

Don’t see how that’s an unreasonable requirement. Win win for ALL parties.
