If you and the directors are so certain that the share price is going to rise above 5 cents after the quarry deal is finalised, why not just make it AND instead of OR? By using OR, it gives me the impression the directors are not confident that the share price will rise above 5cents and want to be rewarded irrespective. Just changing a single word will make everyone happy and align everyone’s interests.
