It is an insult to long term holders using the word performance rights as some paid over 40 cents for their shares. Stephen was issued these shares at a huge discount when SEI were trading above 3 cents,he can't pull out now that the share price has dropped. The other directors have never made an effort to buy shares with their own money.The specified criteria has the word OR after buying the quarry and the mining leases which is already a done deal still at a secret price.Am I reading this right that reaching the 5 cent share price means nothing.We need to know what price was paid for the quarry before anyone gets a bonus.Read page 19 under General Information B after condition 1 the OR makes the 5 cent goal worthless.
