Hi @scottm thanks for contacting management for us to clarify that. I just haven't had time the last couple of weeks. I have also thought about it more and I agree with your comment above that if they have struck a bad deal then their performance rights wont be worth much so it is not in their interest either to strike such a deal. This is also an interesting article. Its not about SEI but about performance rights being based on SP not necessarily being a good thing long term.
