Hence the reason why they had to add lithium & gold & change the name. Russell, I believe was prepared to walk away from CArbine if he couldn't get a deal. Now that he has a deal, the future is looking a lot brighter. Part of investing is taking risk, especially in small mining. This has huge risk but also huge rewards. If Russell & team can pull it off then they & the shareholders will be well rewarded.
